38 weeks

Here's another picture of me, this time at 38 weeks:

You can even see my bandaid on my arm from getting my H1N1 flu shot! The health department in our county was giving them out for free yesterday, and the clinic started at 2pm. So, Jordan and I thought we'd get there early (at 1:30) and we ended up having to wait almost 2 hours in line! They administered 4000 doses yesterday... pretty impressive.

Otherwise we don't have too much to report. It's getting increasingly difficult for me to maneuver around with these extra 28-30 lbs I'm carrying. I'm also getting tired, short of breath and uncomfortable a lot more easily than before. Today is Jordan's midterm in his Statistics class, so if Baby Z holds out until at least 1:00pm today, we'll count it as another act of obedience. What a good baby. ;) We're really keeping our fingers crossed that the baby stays in there until Halloween so that Jordan can finish his obligations at work- plus if the baby comes earlier, I won't get to wear my sweet t-shirt!

Today, on day 6 of maternity leave, I plan to finish the Christmas stocking I'm crocheting for Baby Z. I'll post a picture later today!

  1. You look GREAT!! That's awesome about finishing the Christmas stocking too! I hope that baby Z says in until after Halloween because I want to see a picture of you in that cool t-shirt you made!
