Growing Up

Marshall is growing up. How do I know?

1. He has four molars.
2. He sleeps on a mat at daycare instead of in a crib.
3. He sits in a regular chair at the table for meals at home and at daycare instead of in a high chair.
4. He throws tantrums.
5. He blows on his food to cool it down. (Actually he makes weird noises that sort of sound like Darth Vader when we ask him to "blow," but it's close enough).
6. He can use a spoon and fork.
7. He understands "no" and chooses to ignore me when I say it.
8. He shows empathy.
9. He "feeds" his toys Cheerios and offers them a drink from his sippy cup if you tell him they're hungry.
10. He gives hugs if you ask nicely!
