At 2:45, I received a text message that said that my presence was requested at an address. So, I got in my car and drove there, and it turned out to be a massage place, and when I walked in, they informed me that someone had reserved a one hour massage for me! It was fantastic. When I left, I had received another text message telling me to report to "home base." When I got home, there was a note on the door, telling me to go inside. I opened the door, and our house was so immaculately clean that I thought a professional cleaning person had come over! I was so happy and so surprised. I looked back down at the paper, which told me to "go to the only place in the house where Marshall can see his favorite baby." It took me a while to figure out the clue, but I discovered it was the bathroom, since that's the only place we have a mirror. When I got there, the GPS was stuck to the mirror and the paper told me to turn on the device and follow its instructions. I turned it on, and sure enough, a route was programmed in, so I returned to the car and followed the turn-by-turn directions. I found myself downtown, and the directions ended in front of Genghis Grill, where I found Jordan and Marshall waiting outside. We had a wonderful dinner and dessert and then came home, put Marshall to bed, and watched a movie together. I've truly never felt so special. What a fantastic birthday!
