Dear Baby Zuccarelli,
Please consider the following as notice of eviction. As your lease clearly states, you were to have vacated the premises by November 4, 2009. Your failure to do so and to pay late fees for your extended occupancy of The Womb leaves us no choice but to provide you with the following notice of eviction, effective Thursday, November 12 at 7:30pm. We expect you to collect all your belongings and leave The Womb in the same condition it was in when you arrived in early February 2009.
This is a non-negotiable matter and we appreciate your cooperation.
