2 arms and 2 legs

Today I had my first trimester screening ultrasound and blood work to look for various trisomies and spina bifida. Here's our little baby with a very normal looking nuchal translucency. :) Baby has two arms, two legs, a strong beating heart with a heart rate of 145 today, and, from what the perinatologist could say with a quick glance, normal kidneys, intestines and bladder. We'll be having a level two ultrasound and fetal echocardiogram (since I had congenital heart disease) in a couple of months so stay tuned for much more detailed photos!
